Please read carefully which products we accept and which we don't

What we accept

  • Pushchairs, strollers and prams
  • Cots, cribs and bassinets
  • Car seats (groups 0, 0+, 1, 2, 3)
  • High chairs, bouncers and baby carriers
  • Baby baths, changing tables and playpens
  • Specialised toys and stimulation products

What we do NOT accept

  • Baby or children's clothing
  • Most toys (we only accept specific stimulation and development ones)
  • Consumables or intimate products
  • Products over 3 years old
  • Broken, rusted or irreparably damaged items
  • Car seats involved in an accident
  • Individual parts from a product, such as a bassinet without the complete pushchair
  • Textiles, including mattresses, covers and padded inserts

Additional requirements for car seats

They must retain their approval label and serial number, must not have been involved in an accident or affected by a manufacturer recall. We also review harnesses, anchors, protective components and original parts before confirming acceptance.
